Balik Sashimi Style is the first non-smoked Balik salmon product and is a treat for every gourmet and sushi lover. As with the smoked Balik products, we only use the finest salmon (Salmo Salar) from the ice-cold waters of Norway for the Balik Sashimi. After lightly salting the whole side of the salmon, the back is carefully cut out in accordance with the classic Balik filleting technique.
The BALIK Fillet Sashimi Style Small is characterised by a lower weight and is also cut sashimi-style.
We recommend serving the Balik Fillet Sashimi in thin, diagonally cut slices - SASHIMI STYLE!
This raw salmon is salted and parried using the Balik method. The fillet is cut sashimi-style.
