BALIK SJOMGA ORANGE
Our selection of BALIK Sjomga revives the Scandinavian tradition of refining smoked salmon with exquisite ingredients. The fillets obtained from the belly of the salmon (Salmo Salar) are lightly salted and mildly smoked before marinating.
After smoking, the BALIK Sjomga Orange gets its unique and aromatic flavour from a marinade consisting of ginger, blossom honey and orange. Perfectly balanced, its originality and finesse will surprise even the most discerning connoisseurs.
